How ordering works
Every order starts with a written quote. Nothing is charged until the customer approves it.
Review
We review the shop's needs, existing equipment, and any OEM certification requirements.
Quote
A written estimate lists each item, quantity, price, installation, and applicable Texas sales tax.
Approve & order
Once the customer approves the estimate or issues a purchase order, we place the order.
Deliver & invoice
Equipment is delivered and installed, and a final invoice is issued with payment options.
Payment
Invoices are payable in U.S. dollars. Standard terms are Net 30 unless the quote states otherwise.
- Credit and debit card through a secure payment link included with the invoice.
- Business check payable to Body Shop Equipment Solutions LLC.
- ACH bank transfer on request.
- Texas sales tax is charged on taxable items unless the customer provides a valid exemption certificate.
Policies
These policies apply to all quotes, orders, and invoices unless a signed quote or purchase order states different terms.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before the equipment is ordered from the manufacturer. After that, cancellation is subject to any restocking or freight charges passed through by the manufacturer. Special-order and custom-configured items may not be cancellable once ordered.
Returns & refunds
Items that arrive damaged or do not match the approved quote will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Please report issues within 7 days of delivery. Returns of correctly delivered stock items are accepted within 30 days in new, unused condition and may be subject to the manufacturer's restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval.
Delivery & installation
Equipment is delivered to the customer's business address in Texas. Lead times depend on the manufacturer and are provided with each quote. Installation or assembly is performed when listed on the quote. Title and risk pass to the customer at delivery.
Warranty
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We help customers submit and coordinate warranty claims with the manufacturer.
Disputes
If you have a question about a charge, contact us first at the email or phone below and we will work to resolve it within 5 business days.
Privacy
We collect only the contact, billing, and shipping information needed to quote, deliver, and invoice orders. We never sell customer information. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
